General terms and conditions of use and sale

1. Who we are
Jitnote is published by Flavien Brun, sole proprietor (entrepreneur individuel, EI), trading as OnePhoto, 3505 CD 10, 13100 Saint-Marc-Jaumegarde, France, SIREN 510 993 546 (“Jitnote”, “we”). Phone: 06 98 81 51 35. Contact: contact@jitnote.com.
2. The service
- Atlas: the technique guides, videos and competition rules can be viewed free of charge, without an account.
- Free account: training log (level from 0 to 4, training dates, notes) for a limited number of techniques shown on the Pricing page, partners, duels, teams, coach area, simplified “My journey”.
- Jitnote Pro: tracking of all techniques, full statistics and the skills passport as a PDF.
- Launch offer: the first 50 accounts created on jitnote.com from October 21, 2026 receive full access (Jitnote Pro features) free of charge for one year from the date the account is created, with no commitment. At the end of that year, the account automatically reverts to the free plan: no data is deleted and no payment is triggered; the member may then subscribe to Jitnote Pro if they wish. The offer ends once all 50 places have been allocated; the number of remaining places is displayed on the site.
- Complimentary access: Jitnote may offer full access (access code or decision of the publisher), without payment and with no end date, and may terminate it in the event of abuse.
The guides are a learning aid: they do not replace instruction from a coach. The summarized rules may change; before a competition, check the current version with the organizer.
3. Account
The full profile is reserved for people aged 15 and over. Below that age, only the anonymous account is offered, with a parent’s consent. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential. You can delete your account at any time from “My account”; any ongoing subscription is then cancelled. Jitnote may suspend an account in the event of abusive use (offensive content, intrusion attempts, resale of access).
4. Prices and payment
Jitnote Pro prices are shown in euros on the Pricing page and repeated before payment. They are net prices: VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French General Tax Code (Code général des impôts). Payment is made by bank card (or another method offered) through our payment provider Stripe. An invoice or receipt is sent by e-mail.
- Monthly or yearly subscription: paid in advance, automatically renewed for the same period until cancelled. Before each yearly renewal, a reminder e-mail is sent to you.
- Lifetime access: one-time payment, access to Jitnote Pro for as long as the Jitnote service is operated.
Any promotional codes apply at the time of payment, under the conditions stated with the code.
5. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time, online, from “My account” → “Manage my subscription”. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for; you keep Pro access until then. Your account then reverts to the free plan: no data is deleted.
6. Right of withdrawal
You have 14 days from the date of subscription to withdraw, without having to give any reason. When paying, you expressly request that Jitnote Pro start immediately: if you then withdraw, we will refund you within 14 days, minus the amount corresponding to the period already provided up to your request (article L221-25 of the French Consumer Code (Code de la consommation)).

7. Availability and liability
We do our best to keep Jitnote available at all times, without being able to guarantee it (maintenance, hosting provider or network outage). The videos are hosted by YouTube and may be removed by their creators. Practicing Brazilian jiu-jitsu involves risks: Jitnote cannot be held liable for an injury sustained during training.
8. Personal data
See the privacy policy. You can export your data and delete your account from “My account”.
9. Complaints and mediation
For any complaint, first write to contact@jitnote.com. If no solution is found, you may refer the matter free of charge to the consumer mediator (articles L611-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) to which Jitnote is subject:

The mediator can only be contacted after a written complaint has been sent to Jitnote, and no later than one year after that complaint. Mediation is free of charge for the consumer.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. They may change; the applicable version is the one accepted at the time of subscription or, for free use, the one currently online.
